On November 9th, a very special Sunday awaits you, full of lightness, energy & ocean vibes. Together with Katharina @shamballa.healing from Lisbon (and a native of Speyer). – We're giving you a break from everyday life. A moment to breathe, reconnect with yourself, and recharge. 🌊

Especially when it gets cooler outside, we bring back a piece of summer at Ocean & Sand – with calming music, a relaxed atmosphere, and the feeling of sun and sea. 🌴

A power yoga flow awaits you – intense, powerful, and deeply relaxing all at once. Together, we'll flow through a 60-minute yoga session with Pilates elements – a harmonious blend of movement, balance, and relaxation. All you need is yourself – and the willingness to consciously give yourself time for yourself. 🧘🏼

Each session is a coherent experience in itself:
After your workout, an açaí bowl from Ocean & Sand and a drink of your choice await you. Infused water and plenty of good energy are also available during your stay. 🌴
