Orders generally cannot be canceled once they have been confirmed through our website. If a package cannot be delivered, the customer must pay for the proper return and the original shipping costs. Please note that we accept no responsibility for orders deemed delivered or for which delivery attempts have been made without success. Unfortunately, delivery to a Packstation or a parcel shop is currently not possible.
