RETURNS & REFUNDS

Orders can be returned to us within 14 days of receipt. For sustainability reasons, we do not offer free returns. The return shipping costs are borne by the customer himself.

The returned products must be in their original condition: jewelry boxes and bags must be complete and intact, products must be new and unworn. Products that are damaged, soiled or proven to have been worn will not be refunded.

Excluded from returns and exchanges: Seashell phone cases as these are made specifically for you

Return steps:

1. Pack the products (for sustainability reasons we ask you to use your original packaging)

2. Please put a piece of paper in the package with your order number and your email address

3. It is best to send the package insured (otherwise, if the package is lost during shipping, we unfortunately cannot take it back) to the following address:

As soon as we receive the return, it will be processed within 1-2 weeks. The refund will be made using the original payment method used for purchase.
